  • We allow clients to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty.

    We will charge the card on file the appropriate late cancellation fee(s). This includes your set appointment cancellation fee as well as any add-on fees. This applies for cancellations made within the 24 hour notice.

  • We highly suggest not doing this, why? We hate charging you when we didn’t get to pamper you!

    We will charge the card on file 50% of the entire service price (your set appointment & all add-ons). This is for same day cancellations and no shows made the day of your appointment.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form —we’ll talk and confirm your appointment, party size, time, and date you would like. We are always here to answer questions along the way.

  • Please keep in touch with us at all times, especially in these scenarios. We always say its better to not risk it! Accommodations can be made, keep us in the loop. :)
